1. Use of the platform

vendor.new is a B2B marketplace connecting verified enterprise buyers with verified B2B IT software vendors. Use of the platform is restricted to legitimate business evaluation and procurement. Any abuse — scraping, mass-emailing, fraudulent claims — will result in immediate suspension.

2. Accounts

Vendors must provide a valid incorporation document and product proofs. Enterprises must register with a corporate email address (free email providers and disposable domains are not accepted). All accounts are reviewed by admin before activation.

3. Sponsored & paid features

Sponsored placements are paid and clearly labeled. Tier upgrades (silver, gold, platinum) are paid. All payments are recorded manually by the platform; no automated billing is performed. Refund eligibility is reviewed case-by-case.

4. Content & messaging

Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of profile content, posts, and proposals. Enterprises are responsible for the accuracy of RFPs. The platform reserves the right to remove or hide content that violates these terms.

5. Liability

vendor.new is a discovery and matching platform. Final commercial decisions, contracts, and payments occur off-platform. The platform is not a party to those agreements and carries no liability for their outcomes.
